HOTEL RATES AND BOOKINGS

BOOKING TERMS:

- A 50% deposit of full stay will secure your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable. - Balance of accommodation account is payable 7 days before arrival.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

- Check-In Time is from 14h00 onwards and Check-Out Time is no later than 11h00.
- Breakfast is served from 07h00 - 11h00 in the Gallery Café, our stylish restaurant on the 1st floor.
- The Hotel provides an airport transfer service for our guests. Please advise if you require this service.
- All rooms are non-smoking. Our cigar lounge is a smoking zone, and the restaurant is non-smoking.
- No pets are allowed.
- Children up until the age of 12 are allowed sharing room with Adults. 1st child is charged at 50% of the room rate, the 2nd stays free

CANCELLATION POLICY:

- In the event of an individual booking being cancelled 14 days prior to arrival, a 50% cancellation will be levied. 
- Individual reservations cancelled within 7 days of the expected day of arrival will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge of the full stay
- In the event of a no show or in the event of an early departure for any reason, the client shall be liable for an amount equal to the full contracted stay amount.
