BOOKING TERMS:

– A 50% deposit of full stay will secure your reservation.

– Balance of accommodation account is payable 7 days before arrival.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

– Check-In Time is from 14h00 onwards and Check-Out Time is no later than 11h00.
– Breakfast is served from 07h00 – 11h00 on the 1st floor. Lunch is served until 14:30pm. We do not serve dinner
– The Hotel provides an airport transfer service for our guests at an extra cost. Please advise if you require this service.
– All rooms are non-smoking. Our cigar lounge is a smoking zone, and the restaurant is non-smoking.
– No pets are allowed.
– The hotel does not have facilities or extra beds for children nor does it have family rooms. 2 Adults allowed per room only

CANCELLATION POLICY:

– In the event of an individual booking being cancelled 14 days prior to arrival, a 50% cancellation will be levied.
– Individual reservations cancelled within 7 days of the expected day of arrival will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge of the full stay
– In the event of a no show or in the event of an early departure for any reason, the client shall be liable for an amount equal to the full contracted stay amount.

SMOKING POLICY:

All hotel rooms in the Hotel are strictly non-smoking. Guests wishing to smoke may do so in the designated smoking area located on the ground floor of the hotel. The Hotel reserves the right to charge an additional amount for the cleaning of the room and loss of business for 24 hours after the Guest has departed in order to clear any room of smoke before re-letting to a non-smoking Guest.
